Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with GMP, ISO, and corporate standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee batch release processes, reviewing manufacturing records, test results, and deviation reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to embed quality by design principles.
• Manage a team of QA specialists, providing coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and risk-based approaches.
• Ensure effective change control management and impact assessments for all process changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate implications to stakeholders.
