Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Experience with SPC and quality tools (FMEA, Pareto charts, control charts)
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques and CAPA implementation
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage QA programs and procedures
• Develop and execute QC plans, inspection criteria, and testing protocols
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and implement CAPA
• Lead and participate in audits to ensure compliance
• Monitor quality metrics and report to management
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to ensure quality is designed in
