Job summary

Pump and Abrasion Technologies (PABT) is a global leader in designing, manufacturing and assembling heavy‑duty slurry pumps. A Technical Sales role based in Centurion with client-site travel offers critical support to Sales with technical pump knowledge.

You will compile reports, propose pump-system solutions, and provide on-site installation and fault-analysis support while collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must display strong mechanical or process engineering ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent experience with MS Word and Excel; capable of communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting and specifying pumps to meet customers' needs.
• Compile technical reports and proposals; guide customers to appropriate products.
• Provide first-line technical support and on-site installation assistance; perform fault finding and root-cause analysis.
