Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years nursing experience in a hospital and 2–3 years in management, with a track record of developing nursing talent and improving service quality.

Qualifications

• 4-year Diploma or 4-year Degree in Nursing (General, Psychiatry, or midwifery).
• At least 5 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital; 2–3 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing services in line with hospital policies and objectives.
• Maintain nursing standards, quality assurance and risk management.
• Assign authority to team members to maximise effectiveness.
• Facilitate change and conflict management.
• Build MDT relationships.
• Promote strong staff, patient and doctor relationships.
• Develop nursing leaders.
