Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position, e.g. Unit Manager.
• 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position within a specialised unit- Theatre.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Manager to achieve quality patient care in line with operational goals.
• Manage patient risks and ensure safety in line with clinical outcomes.
• Ensure a positive patient experience and optimal workforce utilisation.
• Lead and manage direct reports.
• Establish and manage key stakeholder relationships for integrated patient care.
