Job summary

Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Proposals Project Manager to lead the preparation of competitive bids for client enquiries, guiding the proposal from inception to award.

You will coordinate input from multiple divisions, ensure timely, compliant submissions, and maintain clear stakeholder communications. The role requires 3–7 years in tendering within an engineering/EPC context and a relevant engineering degree, with a driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Project management qualification (advantageous).
• Membership or eligibility for membership with a recognised professional engineering body (e.g. ECSA) is advantageous.
• A valid driver's licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate tender documents thoroughly and identify returnables.
• Lead and allocate tasks to responsible resources and departments to assemble compliant proposals.
• Assist with tendering processes including legal, technical, board and commercial aspects.
• Ensure compliance with Lesedi's Tendering Processes and Procedures and meet proposal deadlines.
