Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (Civil/Environmental/Mechanical).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a proposal engineering role; EPC projects preferred.
• ECSA registration is advantageous; APMP training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client specifications and tender documents to prepare proposals.
• Develop proposal execution plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance to gather data.
• Produce technical designs, cost estimates, and timelines for proposals.
• Ensure proposals meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
