Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Property Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for tenant and owner relations.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
• Knowledge of the Mahikeng and broader North West property market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenanted.
• Screen prospective tenants, conduct background checks, and manage lease agreements.
