Placements24 in Welkom is seeking a detail-oriented Property Listing Specialist to drive new listings and manage the end-to-end listing process, from valuation to marketing materials. This hybrid role combines office and remote work, supporting the sales team in a competitive Free State market.

You will generate listings, perform property valuations, prepare listing agreements, and coordinate with photographers and service providers to present properties attractively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate administration or sales support.
• Proven ability to effectively list and market properties.
• Strong understanding of the Welkom property market.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new property listings through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct professional property valuations and market analyses.
• Prepare and present comprehensive listing agreements to potential sellers.
• Create high-quality marketing descriptions, photos, and virtual tours for listed properties.
