Lionlead Real Estate in Cape Town is seeking a qualified Real Estate Agent to manage buying and selling property, grow the client base, and advise clients on market conditions. You will generate leads, prepare CMA reports, and present purchase offers to sellers while maintaining company standards for listings and marketing.

The role requires prioritizing client communications, organizing listings, and coordinating with photographers and sellers.

Formación

• 6 months real estate call centre experience required.
• Experience with sales is required.
• Clear criminal and background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property.
• Must possess laptop, cell phone and a valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Create an active listings database for sale properties with location, features, and m2.
• Prospect clients to generate leads to sell property.
• Pull CMA reports on properties.
• Send Seller pre-listing pack and pre-completed mandate with CMA info.
• Obtain FICA documents from Seller and save to server.
• Obtain Body Corporate Rules, Financials and AGM Minutes when applicable and save to server.
• Schedule photographer with Seller, Tenant and Photographer.
• Select photos according to property scale and ensure photo quality.
• Visit properties and carry a listing checklist.
• Confirm all tenant costs in writing to Landlord.
• Download photos and save to server.
• Prepare listing on Propdata and ensure mandate dates are correct.
• Ensure write-up meets company standard.
• Feed listings onto online portals.
• Handle inquiries promptly and respond in a timely manner.
• Arrange viewings and prepare listing cards with folder, business card, brochure and application.
• Follow up with buyers after viewing.
• Provide seller with feedback after viewing.
• Facilitate negotiations between Sellers and Buyers.
• Draft offers to purchase, addenda and annexures.
• Present offers to Sellers and forward for signatures.
• Ensure documents are completed and signed correctly.
• Bi-weekly feedback to owner and ad-hoc updates after viewings.
• Price counsel and assess viability of properties in your portfolio.
• Promote properties with social media posts.
• Attend mandatory candidate and industry-related training.
• Apply for FFC Certificate and maintain your FFC license.
