Job summary

Sun International is seeking a Property IT Operations Engineer (L1) to provide technical support across workplace technologies, infrastructure, business systems and operational environments. You will resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and contribute to reliable, secure technology operations in a hotel/catering context.

The role includes endpoint management, asset lifecycle activities and support for Microsoft 365 administration and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
• Microsoft / Infrastructure certifications (Azure or Windows Server) advantageous.
• Basic networking certification (CCNA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests to maintain reliable technology services.
• Provide incident resolution, troubleshooting and operational support across workplace technologies.
• Configure, deploy and support endpoint devices and workplace technologies.
• Monitor technology services and system performance indicators for operational stability.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Execute changes, deployments, maintenance and recovery activities.
• Maintain technology asset lifecycle activities including deployment and refresh.
• Document procedures, configurations and knowledge resources for knowledge continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology services, automation and user experience.
• Ensure governance, security, risk and compliance requirements are applied.
