• Manage rent book and other property-related financial transactions across multiple group companies.
• Perform reconciliations for property accounts and intercompany balances.
• Lead budgeting processes for property-related activities and forecasts.
• Prepare timely financial reporting for the Properties Department and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and property teams to ensure accuracy and process efficiency.
