Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and South African tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank accounts.
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting for property income.
