Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Residential Property Developer in Rustenburg, North West. Lead the full development lifecycle from site acquisition through feasibility, design, construction oversight and final sales, leveraging deep market knowledge to drive value and compliance.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers and authorities, manage budgets, perform risk assessments, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality housing projects that meet deadlines and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in property development, with focus on residential projects.
• Proven track record managing multiple developments from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, planning, zoning and construction processes.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, project financing and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and project management skills.
