Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a Project Manager - Development Programs to oversee multiple community-driven development initiatives in the Kimberley region. You will lead planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinating with stakeholders and partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring meaningful community impact.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or related field and at least five years of project management experience in non-profit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines successfully.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, and experience in the Kimberley area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of multiple development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes for the community.
