About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to drive operations improvement initiatives in Kimberley . You will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies, developing strategies for enhancement, and leading projects to implement process improvements across various departments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage change within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and implementation of operational improvements across the organization.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets for improvement projects.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective execution of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on operations improvement, process optimization, or lean/six sigma methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and process mapping tools.
• A relevant degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
