About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical IT Operations projects based in Kimberley . This role demands a proactive leader who can manage the implementation and improvement of IT infrastructure and operational processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems, working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and exceptional project management capabilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT operations projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquire and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and vendors.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Ensure the smooth integration of new IT systems and operational enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management , with a focus on IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments, and system migrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks , IT service management, and operational best practices.
