The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years in project management within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and automation.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Asana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to management.
