Placements24 seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead software development projects across the full SDLC. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget, coordinating with engineers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders in a remote South Africa setting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project management, strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban), and proficiency with Jira, Asana or Trello.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage software development projects from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and track project progress using project management tools, identifying and resolving impediments.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to development teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and scope creep, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and accountability.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
