Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in project management, especially software development.
• Experience as Lead Project Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum; Scrum Master cert is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement and refine agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project velocity.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and backlog grooming to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development process and team dynamics.
