The role requires a focus on delivering exceptional quality with strong leadership of on-site teams in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent salary and package on offer.

Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience in residential housebuilding or similar projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card holder.
• First Aid certification.

Based in Kent and with an excellent land bank and live projects throughout the south-east, this builder of premier homes is looking to recruit additional Project Managers to its growing team. Sites are typically 300 - 400 units

We are seeking candidates with experience with major house builders of both traditional and timber frame housing, who are focused on delivering exceptional quality, and can manage the site efficiently through its delivery teams. You will have full responsibility for all site activity, design, health and safety, quality and commercial elements of the project.
