Job summary

The Recruitment Pro is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Cape Town to lead residential development projects. You will be responsible for managing all phases from planning through to final handover, ensuring that deliveries meet scope, budget, and timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering. We offer a supportive team culture and various benefits including medical scheme and risk benefits.

• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
• Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.

• 5 years’ experience in project management specifically management of large-scale developments.
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Interest in project management and the development industry.
