Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Project Manager for high-volume residential housing in the Kent area. You will oversee site activity, safety, quality and commercial aspects, delivering premier homes through delivery teams.

The role requires a focus on delivering exceptional quality with strong leadership of on-site teams in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent salary and package on offer.

Qualifications

• Recent relevant experience in residential housebuilding or similar projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card holder.
• First Aid certification.

Responsabilités

• You will be responsible for all site activity across design, health & safety, quality and commercial elements of the project.
