Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development and execution of major renewable energy infrastructure projects in Rustenburg. You will oversee all phases from conception to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management, a Master’s or PMP is advantageous, and at least 8 years of project management experience, including 5 in large-scale infrastructure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar, wind) and their associated project development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
