Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on offshore Oil & Gas operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore project execution, marine operations, and subsea technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Ability to travel as required and work in a dynamic, sometimes challenging, work setting in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . Experience with South African maritime regulations is an advantage.
