Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in maritime, shipping or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of port operations, supply chain management and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with relevant software and project management tools.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, ZA.

Requirements

• Experience with relevant software and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a demanding operational environment.
