About the Role

Our client, a major maritime logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage and optimize operations at their key port facilities in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This vital role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of port operations, logistics, and supply chain management. The Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of cargo, managing port staff, coordinating with shipping lines and other stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
