Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town seeks a Project Manager, Integrations to organise and deliver cross-functional change projects end-to-end. You will drive governance, set up workstreams and manage multi-disciplinary teams across initiatives such as integrations, technology migrations, and operating model changes.

The role requires a track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading complex projects and smaller-scale programmes.
• Experience with change management disciplines and methodologies such as Prince II, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; high energy and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Define and agree delivery scope with senior business leaders.
• Mobilize project delivery organization and establish governance for workstreams.
• Develop and basel ine requirements and change controls; manage risks and issues.
• Lead detailed delivery plans, monitor progress and ensure quality, time and budget.
