Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead major energy infrastructure projects in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery on time and within budget, and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, a Master's or PMP, 8+ years in energy project management, and proven success delivering projects over R50 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Energy infrastructure projects (e.g., power generation, transmission).
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding R50 million.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and contract management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités
