Job summary

Morae Global seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our dynamic Discovery Team. Based in Cape Town, you will manage eDiscovery matters from initiation to completion, coordinating delivery across multiple projects with a focus on quality and client service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO, plus familiarity with TAR/Analytics. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal tech or data breach review services.
• Experience with Relativity, RelativityOne, Everlaw, DISCO or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Analytics, TAR, Active Learning and advanced review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate review, production and reporting across multiple active projects.
• Oversee quality control processes and adherence to client requirements.
• Perform project management and team lead responsibilities to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Review Management and Technology teams across regions.
• Assist with resource planning, forecasting and workload management.
• Support client onboarding, matter kick-offs and project planning activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure high service delivery.

• Coordinate review, production and reporting activities across multiple active projects.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to project protocols and client requirements.
• Perform project management and team lead responsibilities while coordinating workflows to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Data Management, Review Management and Technology teams across multiple regions.
• Assist with resource planning, project forecasting and workload management.
• Support client onboarding, matter kick-offs and project planning activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience within eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology or Data Breach Review services.
• Experience working with Relativity, RelativityOne, Everlaw, DISCO or similar eDiscovery platforms.
• Familiarity with Analytics, Technology Assisted Review (TAR) , Active Learning and advanced review workflows.
• Experience managing project timelines, deliverables and client communications.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience within eDiscovery, legal technology, document review, information governance or another data-driven environment.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A sharp eye for detail, coupled with the ability to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
