Job summary

Morae Global seeks an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our dynamic Discovery Team. Based in Cape Town, you will manage eDiscovery matters from initiation to completion, coordinating delivery across multiple projects with a focus on quality and client service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO, plus familiarity with TAR/Analytics. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal tech or data breach review services.
• Experience with Relativity, RelativityOne, Everlaw, DISCO or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Analytics, TAR, Active Learning and advanced review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate review, production and reporting across multiple active projects.
• Oversee quality control processes and adherence to client requirements.
• Perform project management and team lead responsibilities to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Review Management and Technology teams across regions.
• Assist with resource planning, forecasting and workload management.
• Support client onboarding, matter kick-offs and project planning activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure high service delivery.
