Morae is looking for a commercially minded Associate Attorney to join our growing Cape Town team. You'll work on interesting, high-impact matters across multiple industries while getting exposure to commercial contracting, corporate matters, venture capital, compliance and legal technology.

You're commercially curious, comfortable speaking to clients, enjoy solving problems, and don't believe that "because that's how we've always done it" is a particularly compelling legal argument.
You're also someone who wants to grow, take ownership and work on matters that have real commercial impact.
You must currently be based in Cape Town. This is a hybrid role based in our Observatory office, and unfortunately, we're unable to consider candidates that want to work remotely. If you are willing to relocate to Cape Town at your own expense then we will consider you.
