Overview

Mobile CX Programme Manager for Hybrid Cloud & Data. Digital Product Engineering / Mobile CX Programme.

Project Description : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a new Mobile App integrated with a new loyalty programme, including pilot deployment and roll-out across 28 countries, while supporting the existing app in parallel. The Project Manager will oversee a programme team of ~20 resources and act as the key liaison between senior client stakeholders, delivery partners, and internal teams. This role also involves co-developing the client’s mobile strategy to align with their broader digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the new mobile app integrated with a loyalty platform (developed by a third-party partner).
  • Oversee roll-out across multiple geographies (28 countries).
  • Manage and guide a programme team of 20+ members.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing advisory support on mobile strategy.
  • Ensure seamless parallel support for the existing mobile app during the transition.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale mobile app delivery programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Cognito and end-to-end integration in mobile ecosystems.
  • Experience developing and co-defining mobile strategies in customer transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including senior / executive-level clients.
  • Ability to manage diverse, cross-border teams and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Duration: 4 months
  • Start Date: 8 September 2025
  • End Date: 31 December 2025
  • Location / Travel: Preferably based in Cape Town (not mandatory).
  • Travel required to Cape Town, multiple African countries, and occasionally the UK (critical phases such as UAT and Go-Live).
  • All travel expenses covered.
  • Experience Level: Senior (6–10 years)
