Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Nelspruit area to oversee major construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned with high-quality standards, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 6+ years of PM experience in construction, with strong knowledge of codes, safety regulations, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
