Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on technology-driven projects.
• Experience in the agricultural sector or AgTech is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of precision agriculture, IoT in farming, or data analytics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from ideation to deployment and support.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with engineers, agronomists, software developers, and field techs.
• Develop and manage budgets with cost reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure solutions meet end-user needs.
• Facilitate communication among clients, partners and teams.
• Stay updated on advances in AgTech and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for agricultural technology solutions, from ideation to deployment and support.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, agronomists, software developers, and field technicians.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges that may arise.
• Ensure that technological solutions meet the specific needs of the agricultural sector and end-users.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Stay abreast of advancements in agricultural technology and best practices.

Requirements
