Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on technology.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in agricultural technology, precision farming, or a related innovation role.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools, GIS software, and agricultural management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with drone technology, sensor networks, and automated farming equipment.
• Excellent understanding of crop science and agronomic principles.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical applications for a non-technical audience.
• Experience working in the Western Cape agricultural sector is advantageous.
