You will drive key initiatives across farm operations, agricultural technology adoption, supply chain optimization, and new crop development, collaborating with farmers, agronomists and operations teams.

The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with agricultural regulations and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within the agribusiness or agricultural sector.
• Strong understanding of farming operations, crop management, and agricultural supply chains.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
