Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with agribusiness focus.
• Proven ability to manage projects involving crop production, livestock, or value chains.
• Strong understanding of agricultural economics, market dynamics, and sustainable farming.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
