• Experience with modern agricultural technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans, including crop rotation, pest control, and fertilization strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, machinery, and labor.
• Manage and mentor farm staff, providing training, setting performance goals, and fostering a safe working environment.
