Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural projects from inception to completion in Queenstown and the Eastern Cape. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with clients and contractors, and a deep understanding of the architectural process.

You will oversee design teams, ensure designs meet budgets and schedules, and deliver high-quality drawings and specifications while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-registration experience.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including BIM tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
