You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and ensure the technical excellence and aesthetic integrity of all assigned projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design teams on complex projects, ensuring high standards of design quality and technical execution.
• Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and present design proposals effectively.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture and registration as a Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural experience, including significant project leadership.
• Extensive experience with Revit , AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of successful and diverse architectural projects.
