Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Architect to lead construction projects from initiation to handover in Queenstown. You will coordinate site activities, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with design specs and regulatory requirements to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has SACAP-registered status, 7+ years in construction project management and site supervision, and proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive complex
