Placements24 seeks a proactive Project Architect to lead key projects from its Sandton office. You will guide projects from concept to construction administration, ensuring outcomes for clients and stakeholders in Gauteng.

We expect a SACAP-registered architect with 7+ years of experience, expertise in Revit, and strong leadership and communication abilities to manage budgets, timelines, and teams on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in managing and delivering architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design/documentation software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead design development, coordination, and construction documentation processes.
