Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an accomplished Project Architect to lead significant architectural projects from inception to completion at our Centurion office. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage design development, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has Pr. Arch registration with SACAP, 10+ years of post-graduate experience, and proven success delivering large-scale schemes.

Qualifications

• Registered Pr. Arch with SACAP.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• Experience managing large-scale architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects from planning to construction administration.

• Serve as primary client contact to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards and contracts.

You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

• Registered Professional Architect (Pr. Arch) with SACAP.
• At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration in Centurion .
