An established corporate events and destination management agency is seeking four enthusiastic and resilient graduates to join their structured Project Administrator Internship Programme. This intensive programme is designed as a career springboard for individuals looking to build a long-term career within high-pressure corporate event & incentive travel management. Successful candidates will start on an initial six-month contract as Project Administrators to learn the fundamentals of the business, with the opportunity to transition into a second six-month contract and progress toward a Junior Project Manager role. The position requires full-time, in-office presence. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (Standard corporate office hours). Due to the nature of the events industry, flexibility is required during peak project periods, including weekends and after-hours work.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Project Support: Assist project teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation, and tracking event timelines.
- Client Engagement: Manage professional communication with corporate clients via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Corporate Communication: Draft formal correspondence, corporate emails, and documentation to a high standard of professional writing.
- Event Coordination Support: Support the coordination of event logistics, supplier arrangements, and program schedules under the guidance of senior team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project tasks are completed with high attention to detail, adhering to strict corporate standards and event timelines.
- Research & Proposal Compilation: Conduct destination, hotel, venue and supplier research, and assist in compiling client proposals, presentations and supporting project documentation.
Requirements
- Education: A recently completed university degree or diploma from a recognised institution specialising in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business Management or related qualification.
- Resilience: Proven ability to manage stress and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Communication Skills: Confident telephone manner, email etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive willingness to engage with corporate clients.
- Professional Presentation: Exceptional personal grooming and professional presentation suitable for representing a corporate agency to high-profile clients.
