Successful candidates will start on an initial six-month contract as Project Administrators to learn the fundamentals of the business, with a second six-month contracted progression option.

Qualifications

• Recently completed degree/diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Resilience to manage stress and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident telephone manner, email etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation suitable for representing a corporate agency to high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and track event timelines.
• Manage communication with corporate clients via telephone and email.
• Draft formal correspondence and documentation to a high standard.
• Support event logistics and supplier coordination under supervision.
• Ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail and timelines.
• Research destinations, hotels, venues, and assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.
