Job summary

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business in Cape Town seeks an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the ADMAC flagship programme, shaping learning journeys and ensuring academic quality across contact and distance modes.

You will manage lecturers and contractors, monitor KPIs, budgets and resources, and collaborate with governance bodies to maintain CHE compliance and enhance student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of rigorous and demonstrable experience in the advertising and/or marketing industry.
• Minimum five years of teaching experience in a Higher Education environment.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely computer literate: Google Workspace, Zoom and/or Microsoft 360 package, Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme curriculum delivery and accreditation readiness.
• Manage lecturers, TAs and independent contractors; monitor performance and workloads.
• Ensure quality across distance and contact delivery modes and adherence to CHE guidelines.
• Support governance, quality assurance and student success initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, student services and curriculum design teams to grow the programme.
