Qualifications

• Masters qualification in Higher Education or Creative Communications.
• Proven teaching experience in a Higher Education environment.
• Demonstrable management of people/teams in an academic setting.
• Experience designing rigorous assessments aligned to NQF levels.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Moodle and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Teach, assess and deliver modules per semester as directed by the School.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and maintain quality throughout delivery.
• Manage lecturers, TAs and tutors and monitor performance.
• Ensure timetable, attendance and assignments are properly managed.
• Participate in Academic Governance and Quality Assurance procedures.
