Placements24 is seeking an experienced Program Officer focused on Community Development to work in Rustenburg. You will design, implement, and oversee community-based projects to improve livelihoods and drive sustainable development in the North West province.

You will collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs to meet program goals, monitor progress, and prepare impact reports while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management or community development, preferably NGO.
• Strong understanding of development principles and community empowerment.
• Excellent planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage community development projects from inception to completion.

Requirements
