Qualifications

Experience designing, improving or implementing production workflows within publishing, content operations or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

Design and improve end-to-end production workflows for print, digital and platform-based content.
Translate operational and business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Evaluate tools, technologies and supplier solutions to support production efficiency and scalability.
Work with technical teams and service providers to implement and test workflow improvements.
Support structured content, automated production and digital delivery initiatives.
Define standards for asset management, version control, file handling and production handover.
Produce clear documentation, guidance and working instructions for new processes and solutions.
Identify workflow, delivery or integration risks and recommend practical improvements.
